As a Low-code and AI Tech Lead you will:
- Architect enterprise-scale solutions using low-code platforms and AI tools
- Pioneer the integration of AI capabilities into low-code solutions
- Lead development of innovative financial services applications
- Establish best practices for low-code development at scale
- Mentor and grow a team of low-code engineers
- Collaborate with client and implementation teams to define technical solutions
- Design and implement AI-enhanced automation workflows
- Create reusable components and templates for rapid development
- Drive technical decisions that balance speed with scalability
- Shape the future of enterprise low-code development
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams as a Tech Lead
- 5+ years of JavaScript expertise specifically
- A strong background with low-code platforms (Retool, Bubble, FlutterFlow)
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- A proven track record integrating complex APIs including design and implementation
- Expertise in enterprise systems integration experience
- A passionate for low-code development
- Understanding of scalability and performance optimization
