As a Sr Fullstack Software Engineer you will:

  • Develop and maintain features across the entire stack (React/Next.js frontend & Node.js/Strapi backend).
  • Build scalable APIs and optimize database interactions for high-traffic applications.
  • Work closely with SEO, product, and data teams to enhance platform performance.
  • Utilize Cursor & LLMs to automate routine coding, allowing focus on high-level architecture and problem-solving.
  • Participate in technical architecture discussions and drive key design decisions.
  • Engage in quarterly offsite hackathons to collaborate and innovate with the team.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Strong experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in Node.js with Strapi or other headless CMS frameworks.
  • A track record of working on high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with SEO-driven applications and data scraping.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • A passion for working with super smart teams and collaborating on big ideas.
  • Fluency in Spanish and great conversational/written English to collaborate effectively with the team.

Bonus points if you:

  • Experience with Vercel & Git-based CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of web performance optimization & caching strategies.
  • Interest in Machine Learning and how it can be leveraged for product innovation.
