I’ve been a web developer for around three and a half years now. And when I found Flatworld I was working at Amazon.

I was looking for a job that allowed me to develop my skills in the direction I wanted, I wanted a job that was a bit less demanding on this side, but still challenging and interesting enough as a development job.

If I compare it to the experience of other companies, it’s like one among the best because the level of the recruitment process is pretty low — some companies ghost you. I felt like I didn’t have to waste so much time on interviewing, which I really liked. On a scale of 1 to 10 it’d give it an 8.5/10.

I wanted to work remotely because I’m thinking of moving to another city or maybe to another country, we’ll see… So it’s important for me to have some flexibility, which my previous job didn’t really offer. I feel that Oyster provides me the stability of a full time position and flexibility in income to travel and move around the world. 

I already recommend it to my friends. I would say: “okay, you want to find a better job? You can look on Linkedin, but I have a place…” that’s how I recommend Flatworld.
