Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am from Brazil, and I studied information systems and have an MBA in data technologies for business. I began programming when I was 16 years old. For a long time, I was a self-taught developer before shifting my career to data fields. In 2018, I was hired as a consultant by a company, and that is when I began my data career. Since then, I've been working with Machine Learning, Data Science, Data Engineering, and other related fields.
What were you looking for in your next job opportunity?
I was essentially looking for a diverse team, a global organization that was high performing but also human. I wanted to be a part of a strong team where I could learn a lot and contribute with my experience and expertise.
How did you find Flatworld?
Someone from Flatworld contacted me on LinkedIn about a possible job opportunity that they thought matched my skill set.
How would you describe your experience with Flatworld?
It was a fantastic experience. I was doing another process with another company, and I think the process at Flatworld is very well run, and the people are very easy to talk to.

I asked some people on LinkedIn if they enjoyed working at Cherre, and everyone said yes. As a result, I applied. The people in my interview were excellent, and I felt at ease, which seemed to be important to Cherre. Furthermore, Cherre's team are intelligent and interesting to work with.
Would you recommend us to a friend? What would be your number one selling point?
Yes, I would recommend Flatworld to my friends. I was actually very anxious before starting my process because I had never been through a hiring process in English previously. But, all the phases and the way the process is constructed have brought confidence and assurance in myself and my abilities.
