Tell us a bit about yourself.
I'm Rafael, a Software Engineer from Sao Paolo and I have been coding since 2010. I am focused primarily on Backend coding and am proficient in Node.js and C#.
What were you looking for in your next job opportunity?
I was looking for another chance to work for a foreign company. I used to work at Octadesk; it's a great place to work, but I felt l like I could do more.
How did you find Flatworld?
I was talking to a friend and told him I was looking for another opportunity, and he recommended Flatworld because he had also taken a test there.
How would you describe your experience with Flatworld?
It was quite good. I enjoyed the process a lot, and everyone was very supportive of my efforts. I applied to another company first, and even if that didn't work out, all I had to do was email Flatworld to take a simple test, and they told me that my technical background was excellent, and they also advised me to practice improving my English for a better experience.
